Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy forms part of KwariGo's Terms of Service. It explains when refunds may be issued for orders placed on the Platform.

2. Eligible refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if, within the applicable timeframe:

• The item is defective, damaged on arrival, or materially not as described
• The wrong item was delivered
• The order was cancelled by the vendor or KwariGo before fulfilment
• The vendor marks the order as not available after payment and no acceptable substitute is agreed
• Duplicate or erroneous charges are verified by KwariGo or Paystack

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds may be declined where:

• You change your mind after delivery for reasons other than product defect or misdescription (unless consumer law requires otherwise)
• Damage results from misuse, alteration, or normal wear after delivery
• You fail to provide required information or refuse delivery without valid reason
• The request is made outside the applicable return window communicated at checkout or in order confirmation

4. How to request a refund

Contact KwariGo support at hello@kwarigo.com or through your order details with your order number, reason, and supporting photos where relevant.

We or the vendor may request return of the item before approving a refund, depending on the case.

5. Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Refund timing depends on Paystack and your bank; it may take several business days after approval.
